So I'm downloaded World of Warcraft yesterday, was gonna play on a Private Server. A message comes up and tells me I need Burning Crusade. So I go on google and search for "WoW Burning Crusade Torrent Downloads." I found one that I thought looked like it had it all, and it actually downloaded, unlike some other links, that gave no seeds. Anyway, I'm at 80% or so with that download. I checked at like 64% and it's downloading WoW Original, WoW: BC, All the Patches, and a website link. 6.something GB. The size doesn't bother me, but it's downloading WoW original again, when I already have it downloaded. Will that screw up what I have already? Or will it just sit there and be useless? Edit: The Download Speed is slow compared to when I downloaded WoW Original on it's own, it's slower by like 150kb per second. So If this will screw me Over, I'd want to know if I should stop the DL.
Are you going to play retail WoW? If you are in your account panel on the website there is a link to downloading just the expansion. It's at a pretty decent pace too. If not, your DL is fine, as long as it's all in it's own folder, the other WoW won't mess it up.
