lol what a cowinkadink, i saw this today too and nooo dear, its from jj.am, who put it on youtube thats o awesome, i wish it were me XD i would have had fun, despite the fact that getting out of my car would prolly result in me getting hit by a speeding car who doesnt know how to slow down when there's this huge water thing is in your path....
That Video is sooooooooooooooooo funny!! I loved the bit when the guy went over to check it out and it all came up again!!! It would have been even funnier if his car door was open.
