Link: http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=16971085 This is a 2nd version of a custom map I made, and is perfect for FFA games. The map pretty much has 3 levels with tunnels leading to each level; the bottom level has many pieces of cover, shield doors, an active camo, a Gravity Hammer, among other things. The middle of the map works as sort of a transition to both the 1st and 3rd level (hard to explain). The 3rd level contains many pieces of cover, a sniper, 2 maulers, a brute shot, etc. but has many places where you can get flanked. There's also grav lifts similar to construct that I made to get up to the 3rd level; I'm pretty proud of them and feel they're really unique. Some of the other big weapons on the map include a hard to get to Spartan Laser, a Sniper and a single set of Flame grenades. Also, the map isnt perfectly symmetrical. There are some changes here and there to make it different than one side in some places (specifically, the top floor area). The map is compatible with all game types. I honestly don't think this would make for a good Slayer map, its too symmetrical. I think that this design you have though would fit well for a KotH game. Player spawn at the bottom and try to fight their way up to the top where the hill is. Or maybe a Tower of Power game. Good design, but I think FFA Slayer would not be the best gametype for this map.
me and my friends play this map in FFA all the time and it works really well IMO I can see what you're saying though; the map would probably work well in team games too, one team controlling the top while the other team uses the camo on the bottom and the various tunnels and lifts to flank
