I think this thread really has no point. Really, if you love bungie and stuff, go ahead, play on the anniversary, its more of a thing of choice, WE are choosing not to play for a reason that helps us Machinima creators, If our boycott fails, oh wells, were gonna carry on with our lives and keep machinimating the old fashioned way like how we currently are. Now to go ahead and call our decision stupid and whatnot is very rude, I dont think ive seen anyone saying your stupid for playing on halo's anniversary. Was it really necessary to make a thread like this on something that clearly doesnt affect you? I mean, why waste your time telling us what to do and calling our community stupid? All this thread is gonna turn into is a flame fight of people calling each other stupid and retard, Mostly because you yomtvraps are a tad bit immature for a community. Go ahead, celebrate your anniversary, us people will be busy being a part of something.
I find that yomtvraps is being really offensive, if not downright insulting, to other members now. I don't really care if you do or don't play on that day, but I do care when my friends are being called 'stupid' for doing something that they feel is right in their beliefs.

This isn't a competition on if they will add it or not, it's for the machinimators out there. It's the key to life: if you never try, you'll never know. Your posts in this topic have illustrated that you completely misunderstand this brilliant philosophy. So, you can play on the 25th, myself and others will not. Simple as that.

I don't think its pointless. Not being able to lower guns during XBL play makes it very difficult to make machinimas in the way you want them too. Everyone could take a break from Halo for a day, thats why im supporting lower the guns, i had dreams of creating machinima but has been shunned by the lack of lower gun ability on XBL. Edited: Halo isn't the greatess game, There are plenty of games that is better than halo, and sold more copies than halo as well. Personally i think BF: Bad Company & COD: 4 are comparably better than Halo...My opinion...

You seem to have no regards to anyone else's opinions, and instead act like your way is the right way and the only way.
