Hey guys i think its messed up at bungie gives recon to a slected few it should be in the game to unlock like most other armor if you asked me its wrong what there doin they're taking a selcet few they like i think recon armor should be unlockable do you???
I could care less about recon, but of course, if I did get it, I would wear it in front of my friends. Hahaha, but even if it was already unlockable, people wouldn't see it any differently then all the other armor, eg. Switch recons place with hayabusa, people wouldn't want recon, but hayabusa because it is simply something that people can't obtain by unlocking it. They must go through Bungie to access it. Recons nothing to cry over, unless you're a whiney, greedy, baby *****.

I know, I was just giving my views about the topic stated. Also, I just voted yes because if it was, no one would cry about getting the armor.
No reacon should not be unlockable at least they shoulden't make it unlockable now since every one wants it. And if i somehow would get recon i would hardly wear it since 1. I'm an elite 2. I would get 100 messages a day from 9-year-olds who wants it.
Recon should be unlockable. Bungie is complaining about people wanting recon when they should have just made it available to all in the first place because they still have the flaming chest piece.
Only thing about that is the fact that if they made Recon unlockable people would then complain about not having the flaming helmet or chest piece. Imagine that...
Trying to get recon takes away the fun of it, I mean if they had recon as a regular armor and security as a rare armor. Most likely you would be like I want Security sooooo bad!
They should make it unlockable but VERY hard to get. Like maybe you have to be a general? Idk. It seems unfair that at PAX, Bungie will give away recon to people who beat them at Halo 3. Those bastards must hate the east coast!
i dont really care about armor at all. i am just lucky i am playing halo 3 lol also no, i dont think they should. it makes it more of a challenge to get itttt
well i am undecided about that, i think it should because itt looks pretty cool, but i think it shouldnt because if it was then people wouldnt want it as bad, and they would bug bungie to make a new armor, and i think thats why it is only given to a selected few, becaus that way halo players have something to work for and more reason to play halo. but i think if it was unlockable it should be only if you get 5 star general rank. P.S. you should have an undecided option in the poll
as much as i wanna say i think it should become unlockable, i dont wanna say this. recon isnt just an armor piece it says "hi I either got wrecked while i was playing and people laughed at me or I did something amazing to allow me to call myself a respected member of the H3 online community." it signifies you did something worth redeeming recon.
Just remember that before EVERYONE had hayabusa, everyone wanted it. If they made it unlockable then everyone would have it the same way and it would be lame. I had difficulty reading your post though because there was little punctuation. Please try to phrase your comments in a more constructive manner next time.
Recon shouldn't be unlockable because it gives players something to aim for by going above and beyond the call of duty. Also, I agree with the post above me, and would like to add that the katana used to be like hayabusa too. (not that im saying they are worthless. I wear my katana with pride because it represents 100% completion)
It is a cool helmet, though it's nohing to whine about. It doesn't make any difference at the gameplay, and besides that Bungie is organizing a match you can play against Bungie, and if you win. You get Recon. But it would be cool IF Recon was unlockeable, why wouldn't Bungie just make some new armor for them, there you have it everyone happy. Jk, lol.
It takes all the fun out. Even though this fun is ruined by nine year old begging, it still is neat to try and see how others got it. And without it nobody would bother sarge. And who doesn't want to? (aww i hope he doesn't edit another post of mine...)
man when i saw this thread... i just knew you would have negative rep when i clicked on it.. that was one of the stupidest things you could say as a new member to FH... but welcome. i do not think they should have this unlockable. the unlockable one they have thats hard to get is security. recon is even more coveted, so it should be that much harder to get. you actually have to do something special...
I think bungie should have a little something for themselves, Alot of mods or makers of games do something like recon, like Wow developers can change lvl and class whenever they want, and they know every move in their game, pretty cool stuff.
