Wolf Park by Echo k9 Wolf Park is a close range enclosed 2v2 map with an S shape layer out. Good jumpers have the advantage in this map and can cover get from base to base within a few seconds. The game play is fast moving and there is nowhere to hind. Although this map is intend for 2v2 one on one works fine but FFA games with more than 4 player often result in player respawning behind other players and my get a bit out of hand. Hmm....Looks kinda' Sloppy in some areas. But looks good for FFA slayer. I'm going to download and play with my friends so I can pwn them and hear them cry through their mics. 4/5
i dont really like it but im picky so i geuss i have t say 2/5, next tim try giving it a lil' bit more arcutecture. and 1 more thing get some better pictures if you need to delete something to ge the camra there but you dont need to save the map like that
I like the pics. It looks like you tried to put an emphasis on vertical game play while keeping people moving horizontal, and towards objectives. could you give us a layout tho? is it just a strait path?
I took the time to download this map and I think this would be great to play on. It's fully interlocked. none of the jumps are too difficult. I think this would be a great fast paced map. My only problem is that you have to couch in the low area. I think it looks good, but I can't see many people going under there even for the camo. Good job. Keep Forging
I love the design and that map have different hieghts everywhere so no part of the map goes unused but i woulod suggest making the crawl space more like a tunnel because i hate crawling and i think others will to nice map for first post.

one problem i saw is that the overshield was like a jump away from the shot gun and then jump from the OS and you can land next to the sniper and i think but right below the shotgun isnt the AC under there? but othere than that this looks like an amazing FFA map will download
Do yourself a favour and get a better overview pic in there. I'm having a tough time deciphering the complete layout of the map and I'm sure others are as well. Other wise it looks fine.
Well, I'm trying to be nostalgic and figure out which FH map this reminds me of. But I cannot. Besides that trip down memory lan, this looks solid. nice interlocking, nice use of crawl space (most people completely fudge this up). Very pretty looking, I always love maps that are in the shape of a letter, probably why I love the project series so much, but I digress, awesome job. 5/5 because I feel generous.
The crawlspace area seems really unique. I love the idea. And this seems fantastic for 2 v2 or 3v3 gametypes. Absolutely love it. 5/5
this looks alright kind of small though, im not sure i quite get what the maps for, and i agree that some of the things on the map look a little sloppy, and theres too many birdeye view pics for my liking, but regardless, looks pretty good.
Hit just tell me how its "kinda' sloppy" plz. The weapons being close together isnt really a problem because they get picked up by many people hardy ever will someone get overshield, shotgun and sniper.
this should be featured! I love it, it has an awesome design I love the zigzag narrow passage look to it, and the interlocking and everything is excellent too! I'm downloading it fo sho!
Great map mate. Lots of interesting ways to move about. And even a few secrets unless you fixed them lol. Can't wait to have a game on it.
Cool, but, massive overview plox? Design on foundry designer or something, i dunno, but anywayz, like the crawling space and keep ticking my friends off with the active camo. Hehe... 3.5/5.
thx but see i couldn't design it on foundry designer because most it not all double boxes are vertical on there end and you just can place them like that in the designer. I give me till the week end and i'll take out the wall and get some overview screen shot for ya.
Very nice mapzor. Lol. I just ran a forgethrough on this map a little while ago. It's rather impressive. Here's the rundown of what I liked and didn't like: What I liked: - Great layout. Very interesting. The forging is clean and professional looking. Feature-quality, even. Only problem is that most of the cool stuff's too high up to be in view during play. - The building materials give it a unique aesthetic. - Nice use of spawn areas. The setup looked sensical to me. - It's actually a great map overall. The weapon layout needs tweaking, but everything else seems pretty much in order... just a few nitpicky things. What I didn't like: - Everything feels just a bit too claustrophobic to me. The walls are very close in most places... the vertical aspect helps, but not enough. -Like they mentioned, the power-weapons are too close. You can grab the regen, OS, sniper, bubble shield, and shotgun in about 3 seconds total if you know what you're doing. Long respawn times help, but better placement is a must if you want this map to be perfect. -The crouching area was a little boring compared to the rest of the map. Immediate Suggestions: -Take out the shotgun, and replace it with a 5-shot mauler near either 'base'. -Spread out the power equipment. Sniper's probably fine. OS is overpowering IMO. bubble shield and regerator should be separated more. 'Give' the regen to the attackers and the bubble shield to the defenders, maybe. -Slayer respawn areas look OK, but they could probably be overlapped more to prevent camping (not that I think it'd be a big problem as is).
wow, this map looks really good. i will playtest with random people from matchmaking to see their opinions, that way their thoughts are unbiased. very good work. clean interlocking, nice layout, and good post. i will be posting a review in a little bit.
Kinda sloppy? I beg to differ. This map kicks ass. It couldn't get much better. I love the layout because it is original, and all of the ledges are awesome. 9.5/10. =)
