These are all the desktops that I've made either for myself or for friends. I've been practicing on making desktops for a while and I've been using a couple different techniques ever since my first. Anyways, I'll be listing them from first made to the latest ones I've worked on.

This first one is one of my favorites. This is the very first desktop I made and I made one similar for my friend. This is the only Halo type desktop I've made so far.

The nest one is a simple desktop made completely from brushes. This was pretty much a learning session for myself about brushes. Once again, this is the second desktop I've ever made.

This is another simple one I made for a friend. One of his favorite characters with some brushes (mainly brushes). He wanted a simple desktop so I gave him this.

The next one was made completely from scratch. It was hard at some times and easy at others. My friend requested it because he is nicknamed the Eclipse due to his height and the way he can block out the sun. I made two different colors. Red and blue.

This is the last one so far. My friend is a large fan of Silent Hill and he loves one of the major characters from the game whom is called Pyramid Head. I decided to practice some more and make him a desktop. He loves it, but I know it needs more work. I can honestly say this isn't finished, but close enough.

Thanks for taking the time to check out my backgrounds and don't be afraid to criticize my work, say how nice it is, give me ideas or even make a request. Once again, thanks for your time.

    They're ok.

The stars in the eclipses are way to sorted I feel. Mess them around a little bit, they're also a little clumped.

And it would have been better if the eclipse was another planet. I'd use something like Vue 6 or something and then use effects in photoshop.

I really like the third one... with the guy w/ the sword and such. The background is pretty amazing.

1: Stars were just placed in places my friend made specific. Also, since he is named Eclipse, using a planet wouldn't be true to his name so I mimicked the looks of an actual eclipse for his desktop.

2: Halo one took quite some time because I was quite new to Photoshop so I had some problems until I got used to it. The hardest thing about the Halo one was the Text Box. Gave me soooo many problems I wanted to just quit, but i didn't. It's actually more simple than it looks.

    3: Thanks.
