halo 3 rpg question

    ok, so ive started playing halo 3 rpg, and im wondering, how do you regain turns??? sometimes it looks like you get turns while you offline, but i sometimes gain them while im playing! can someone explain PLEASE!!!

    Every ten minutes you gain three turns regaurdless whether your online or not.

    Hmm it not has lock.
    it seems as if its already doing better than bungie in brainwashing me. It has me on it each time i get on the computer, if not for about 5 minutes.

    Will this ever has lock?
