Hello
I can explain it.

Make a shaft, put a grav lift on the bottom, "place at start" NO, then start a new round
Go there, and place a crate and a custom powerup on top of it,
Voila, your done

Be sure to set the gravlift back to "place at start - Yes" once you've added the crate and custom power-up though.
