Battlegrounds (Death Camp V2)

    Battlegrounds/Death Camp Update

    This is now Battlegrounds (formerly Death Camp) and it is a symetrical foundry map, which is made for 4v4 Team Slayer, CTF, VIP, Oddball, Territories and Team Doubles. This is almost the same as the other map, but I have changed alot of things around as you will find out.

    I have added extra walls and redesigned the barrier wall so now there is a little inclave on each side of the map. Each corner now has its own little barriers. I have also redesigned the back alleys and have given them some more scenery, barrels etc. I have redone the barriers for each base the replacing the larger ones with the small owns.

    I have also taken out some of the excess weapons and have redone the spawn times for all of them.

    There are now only two vehicles on the whole map...two mongeese. I felt that the ghosts would be too powerful on this map. So I took them off. Also each team only needs one mongoose.

    it looks good but i don't see why you have so much vehicle involvement on such a small map... i would have just left it to be a walking map but i guess thats just me... i like how those hill like ramps on each side of the map are the only ways of getting to the other side and i like how its two bases back to back instead of the usual two bases facing eachother across an open battlefield...

    I might d/l it if you take some of the excess power weapons (and weapons in general) and most of the vehicles off. Just seems like too much stuff.

    What power weapons would you guys leave on then. And I didn't really want the ghost on there, just the mongoose. I would like more feedback lol.

    It just reminds me of a little of two camps on either side of the fence. Death is just for the people who die there. Don't know why really. Just liked the name.

    I am about to make Version Two. I am also going to rename it since everyone and their brother are naming there maps almost the same thing. If anyone has a good name for this please let me know.

    BUMP for the Updated Map.

    Edit by Furious: Don't "bump" your thread, ever. In this case I know you have edited the original post and you want to bring it back to the top so people know there is something new. But put something in this post other than "BUMP". Tell us what is new, or something. We don't want people to think that bumping is ok or goes unnoticed.

    Well said Furious. Please don't bump your thread ever. Just because its not on the first page dosn't mean it won't get viewed. I scroll through the first three pages all the time. Also, just because theres no replies dosn't mean no one has downloaded it.

    Wait, is this the map formerly called DE4TH C4MP? I guess not, looks good, nice n' symmetrical. Only thing is the aforementioned power weapons.

    Updated Map. I am sorry for the bump, but I had already put the updated thread in the old spot. It won't happen agains.

    Also I put the rocket launcher in and the laser in on each side. So both sides have a power weapon. Also there is a sword and hammer on each side. Sword and Camo on one side. and Hammer and Sheilds on the other.
