The countdown on www.ilovebees.com is back, it will end in 545 years apperantlly, time to freeze myself! I can't really tell you more.... note: I looked at the code and I found this Code: var chinatime = new Date(2552,10,9,6,7,0) Which I believe to be 6:07 October 9, 2552 I'm going to look into the significance of this date in Halo history. Update: Here is the best I could find about this date, although it is not the exact date it is as close as I could get: http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/2552#October_19.2C_2552 Oh and if you don't know what I Love Bees is, watch the video below. Its quick and informative.
Re: I Love Bees is back online Well you obviously have never heard of www.ilovebees.com Here is the story.
Heeey! I remember ilovebees.com! I also remember Halo 3's viral campaign as well. Never really was as big as ilovebees.com though. devonst8r: look it up on google or something. It was a alternate reality marketing scheme to promote the sales of Halo 2 and it was a pretty rad.
ilovebees is back.... well, I'm not sure what this is all about... maybe something to do with halo wars, the "other halo ip" bungie's doing, or the movie? After all Oct. 9 2552 is right after Halo-04 gets destroyed by the chief. Crap, they have me speculating again. Damn you ilovebees.com!
Awww... Well I guess it's good the site is up. I wasn't around(didn't have an Xbox) when ilovebees happened. Would like a shirt though. Given the chance, I'd love to do it. I wish I had an Xbox back then, if only I knew about Halo. Then I got my 360 a year ago... If this turns out to be something allowing us to play Halo Wars befor eit comes out, sign me up. But maybe it's just some marketing guys who want to keep Halo's hype up just in case.
