Do NOT play Halo 3 on September 25th

Aww man.. Thursday Night is my Halo night.. I refuse to stop playing Halo.. For what? being able to lower my weapon?

 

One day of not playing Halo isn't going to convince bungie to add a glitch in to online matchmaking. Bungie has enough problems as it is when people complain about laggers and the other things that go wrong online do what would possibly possese them to add that to it. If they want to do that why not add a moniter option online to piss people off while they don't know your shooting them.

 

Boycotts don't work short term. People don't boycott meat one day every year to try and make the meat companies change their ways.

Unless there are around 50,000+ regular Halo players who don't play for months they won't put it in. Otherwise, you've already bought the game, and unless they put in a 1-day only download, they aren't losing any money from 1 day with a couple thousand people not on Halo.

That's not to say I probably won't even be playing Halo anyways.

I'm not really don't support this cause, but I do need to play a little less halo. Guess, I'm starting on Sept. 25th.

Unforunately, this is true. Have any of you actually tried to program a game? There's a reason that they have entire teams devoted to 1 game, and that it takes years for said game to come out. It's very difficult to override something that's not meant to be overridden. It's not a simple matter of "change this 1 to a 0, and we're done."

 

Bungie has never confirmed if they could or answered any questions.

Can you explain to me how exactly you will make Bungie implement this into the game by not playing Halo 3 for a day? I don't understand how about 600 out of the 200,000 players that play each day not logging on will really do anything.

 

If bungie catches onto to this they at least know they made a mistake and change it instead of keep it going. Remember Ghandi?

 

seriosly, im not going to not play halo three on its first anniversary, im a machinimator myself, but you could do it on something like bungie day or somthing, but not the FIRST ANNIVERSARY. thats just not right.

 

besides, what can it hurt not playing for 1 day. It's not a big deal... unless bungie should release new maps that day of pure awesomeness.... Actually, for some reason I think that may be true...

 

WHen thinking about playing COD4 I would rather just not play halo for a day... simply that..but I signed up as well... Noted Artificers are talking about this as well...join in on the LTW

 

This might be true, but you can do it on Local play, it couldn't take that long, its basically like copying a code and just adding it to Xbox Live. There is also and AU coming.
