Made by Cleaverkurd This is my first competitive map that I made. It took me about 3 to 4 hours to complete. I did interlock in this map but there is no geo-merging(still not really sure about that). This needs a max and minimum of 6 players. 2 players to a team. There is Dumpsters for doors and they do not move until 60 seconds so you have enough time to kill your opponent. Everyone has 1 life and you kill your opponent in the room your in. After 1 minute the doors open and the winners of the little rooms advanced to the main room where there are 3 players in total, you and 2 others. You only have 1 life so use your covers. Thank you.
It looks pretty good from what I can see, but the room pictures are not working. Are those dumpsters switch activated doors?
Interesting though. Do you advance to the other players, or do victors just face the other losers? Basically like a winner takes loser sort of thing? I like the geometry of this map though. It looks fun to chuck frags off of the main room. It is a bit plain though, I recommend fixing that in a version 2. Oh, and what is the gametype, like specific weapons and stuff... Please describe it so other players can reference it right away. EDIT: I didn't see the dumpsters the first time around. If they switch activated, kudos to you.
Looks pretty good you could interlock the curved walls into the boxes in the middle but it looks all-out good, and nice interlocking. Even though it was my idea Cleaverkurd....
Could you please give some more information about the gameplay and weapon placement. Also what is the best weapon start here? What gametypes can you play here?
The fact that all the rooms are diffrent can leave me playing this longer... I like this, and at the end is it a three way show-down... That is unique indeed.
thats pretty good for a first competative map. a little more detail would be nice and you should check out geomerging. the door method is pretty simple here is a link Merging Immovable Objects with Map Geometry - ForgeHub Halo Forums
