I am in need of one, and not sure how to work it. I am making a map on Avalanche, and I want a snowstorm. My way of doing this is by combining Nova and Colorblind (maybe Pen and Ink, undedcided), I already got that figured out, that's not my problem.

The issue is the "intermittent" part. Here's what I want: a 45 second snowstorm loop. 30 seconds of nice clean view, then 15 seconds of snowstorm. My original idea was to just chuck the FX's up in the sky so it takes around 15 seconds for them to fall off the map. Problem is, the little bastards float.

Is there any way to make this happen?

Not that i know of, I get what your saying, but they are unmovable, so when you save the game, thats where they will stay, However, if you could make them fall it would make for epic gameplay

Yeah, I thought it would add another layer of strategy to my map. Its a lot easier to bypass the defender's Scorpion when it can't see 6 feet in front of it...

I don't think that you can do that, but if you find a way to, that'd be amazing. I think you could do a similair effect with timed events to make the scorpion less effective after a certain amount of time.

Well what I have is an immovable Scorpion, which basically acts as an AT turret (read: Warthog raping machine)

If your timed it so you rushed the base during the snowstorm, you could dart past the turret safely
