This is my old dog corrie, shes 14 years old and I'm only really 11 months older than her, I'm 15 as far as I can remember shes been there, it'll be extremely strange when, she passes away because, of that unique bond I have with her, although now its getting really hard to look after her as she falls up and down the stairs she ways a tone due to old age so I have to lift her up and down, I'm proud of her.
One time a drunken man hit me when I was walking down the street with corrie, corrie bit his face, I will always remember that day, when she protected me.

Sorry about that man, I remember my golden retriever that passed away about 3 years ago. I loved that dog to death, she never barked, never bit anyone. And saved my lift once when a loose german shephard jumped my fence when i was like 8 and she chased him away along with my other dog ( zeke ) . I miss her ( blaze )

I used to have a half Labrador half Golden Retriever, she got up to the age of 10, we didn't know if she was sick.
At a party, with family and friends, she died, we discovered it when we were going downstairs, after the party, she was just lying there.
Always when I see or hear about a dog, it always remember me that sad day.

Are you kidding make her fetch, you'd be lucky if I got her to stand up.

The vet says shes really healthy for her age, and may live another year or two, shes been treated well... shes had an amazing life.
Don't know what I'd do without her to be honest.

    Lol...

but yeah.. really nice video, It sucks about Corrie.

    Nature's first green is gold,
    Her hardest hue to hold.
    Her early leaf's a flower;
    But only so an hour.
    Then leaf subsides to leaf.
    So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
    Nothing gold can stay.

I know how you feel, my dog is 15, and has been around ever since I can remember. It's sad now, she can hardly stand on our tile floor, and sometimes falls down. She spends all day sleeping, and when she gets up, she pisses and craps inside the house. But if we put her outside, she barks non stop until she is inside(no joke). It upsets me, and recently I have been getting really mad at her for pissing in the house, but I don't know what I'll do when she is gone.

Same with me, she goes outside to use the toilet.. and then she just howls until she gets in, then craps.
