    Colossal Mounds

    Colossal Mounds is an above ground map, displaying many interlocking techniques, built nice and steady for the gamers enjoyment. This month started and ended between a 2 month range. Even so, it didn't take 2 months to finish, just in that time. C
    olossal mounds brings a new tactical experience to Halo 3 with the barracks, trenches, cover points to keep your head down and fire off a couple of magazines. The trench is located at the other end of the map opposite to the "depths" right beside the cover point and barracks. Below are Colossal Mounds combat sceneries:

    (1) Above Ground/ Elevated had the highest combat locations, theres action all around.
    (2) Depths is below ground underneith the mound had a medium combat location
    (3) Hidey Holes/ Tunnels/ Caves have the lowest combat locations.
    (4) Everywhere else where I haven't wrote

    Gametype
    Colossal Mounds is built for every single gametype, even so, this determines which gametype you select. If you pick bomb, it may be neutral or team. Either way you can play, but the spawns may annoy you by spawning with an enemy. Infection may be an option to choose, if you like, but slayer/ team slayer I assume best. If you need to switch and spawns or objectives, do so, but do not take iToasted out of the description.

    4x Battle Rifle
    2x Shot Gun
    1x Sniper Rifle
    1x Needler
    1x Brute Shot
    1x Energy Sword
    3x Covenant Carbine Rifle
    1x Mauler


    Gameplay
    Colossal Mounds brings a new "Tactical experience" into hand when fighting in the trenches, barracks, cover points. The first finished draft of the map I did I assumed I was finished. But after awhile, my brother pointed out that you have to crouch jump out of many spots, I have now made it so you can jump onto an interlocked object to get out, or added a stairway into the barracks and gravity lift in the depths. This map now suits any level of gameplay, but is always action packed. I assume that there should be 2- 10 players.

    Wow this looks very cool. Exceptional interlocking and very origonal too. I love how you made the structures based on your interlocking. It looks terrific!

    I am going to have to check this one out...

    Wow, nice job on the map. I can clearly see you are one of the great interlocking people on this website. I would never be able to do any of this, EVER. I would like to see more from you, as this map is quite something.

    Looks nice dude when i first looked at the first picture i was like oh no . . but then i realised it wasn't just all frown in and stuck together its actually very well morphed and set out nicely =] Good job its a download and a 4/5 for me =D

    thats looks like it was very hard to make. very nice interlocking and i like how there is a lower level to the map.

    dude i really love it what would even be more awsome is make it where theres a king of the hill game type on it aswell that would be so much fun you know

    At first glance, i was thinking oh, it's just another one of those maps with random interlocking that will be really hard to rate. Then, after looking at all the pictures a few times I saw that there was actually a pattern like a pile of rocks. It was also confined to a small area, so the whole map wasn't like that at all. It just started to look better from there. 5/5. REALLY must have been a pain in the ass to make.

    mustve been a nuciance to build and get it to look sloppy but move smoothly. good job.

    this is a very unique map, i didnt expect to see the multi levels. Interlcoking is of courseawesome, and an extremely tough to make layout. 5/5

    Wow I've never seen anything like this before! I thing the idea is very good, I like how you put so many different styles in one place. I like the caves and that cliff. The bunker also looks very nice. But I think the map looks very cramped with all those barriers, I think you should delete some of them. But overall I think this is a very well though out an built map. 5/5 great work!

    edit: Hey I'll delete the barriers myself, if it's k by you. If you don't want to make a v2. I will leave your name alone.

    I'm not sure how this makes sense, but you interlocked quite well and yet pics one and two look messy. This is very original because you used interlocking to make a neatly made messy map! I know its confusing. :p 4/5

    wow you did a great job on this map. usuly I dont see many traniees make maps this good unless there stolen but i've got a felling you made it. THe interlocking is good and I love the rocky part. great job on the map. i'll DL when I get a chance. my 100$ wirless adapter is shot so I cant connect to the internet to DL this stuff.

    hahahah thats such a forgehub map. a bunch of **** randomly interlocked with no gameplay hahaha.

    This map looks like it very stands out of the maps now, this is something really new, the Interlocking looks amazing, and the stairway down, that looks like it's from some kind of Metro Station, or something like that, I love the hallway too, the must, probably be a big factor in the gameplay, not sure about it though, I see you added some Barrels and Fusion Coils here and there, that makes the mapp look really sweet, all the nice Scenery addings.
    I think if you're not familier with this map, then finding the weapons must be a big challenge, they actually look like theyre hidden, consiously.
    For example, take the Sniper Rifle, I didn't even saw it at first, and all the Equipment looks so well placed too.
    The mountain like, boxes, looks like it will add another great feature in the gameplay, I'm pretty sure about those opening in the mountain too, I can see some camping there, though.
    And I love how the Overshield is there, at the bottom of the stairway, it would be good if players spawned far from the Overshield, so it's like, Valhalla with the Sniper, or Epitaph with the Shotty and the Rockets, etc.

    The random interlocking seems a bit messy and sloppy. Also, exactly how big is the underneath? Is it just the pathway? If you made it bigger underneath, that would definitely be interesting.
