I think that's its full name, I'm not quite sure. Anyway, they need to add a low-power scope to the Assault Rifle. Just because it would make it more realistic, even now our assault rifles have scopes, and Halo 3 takes place 550 years in the future so...
Maybe you should stick to Call of Duty 4? Honestly, I could never picture a scope on a MA5B, though that would be interesting in a future Halo game.
ugh. What you are thinking of is impossible to acheive in Halo 3. Features arent specifically added for realism but balance. It wouldnt work if every weapon had a scope. Instead of wishing for a scoped AR, how about you just use the BR.

lol.. bungie will keep coming out with their own special weapons but people like you will always complain.. just play with what you got!!! dont like it?? theres a thing called forge. and gametypes. you can change the starting weapon or weapon pickups... if you possibly have friends then you could actually do that... smart idea eh?

I, personally, study firearms, and the only difference between a Battle Rifle and an Assault Rifle is that a battle rifle fires a larger round. For example, the M14 is a battle rifle, it fires the 7.62x51mm NATO round. The M16A4 is an assault rifle, it fires the 5.56x45mm NATO round. So, a full auto BR wouldn't be an assault rifle, it would remain a BR, just as a scoped assault rifle would remain an assault rifle. By the way, Avtomat Kalashnikova- 1947.
