as ive told you b4 i really love your style.. you can make a competitive map out of something that looks like a casual map and its plain awsome. i did a forge through and everything is really clean. the thing i found most amusing was the crane. i fell in love with that. and it reminded me of the days inhalo 2 on headlong :-D the lift was also well made.. there was 1 box that was a little crooked that was greatly noticable on the 1 side but its not a problem really. all in all great job and keep it up.
hey this is jihad joe i had a great rime playing 1 side flag with you on this map but i have 1 concern, you should put fusion coils in the flag room to stop shotgun campers anyways 5/5 in my book. i still have to send you a FR haha
Holy crap, dude. This is easily the best City oriented map I've ever seen. The buildings are perfectly constructed, I love the little foot bridge. Very clean design/layout, and the clocktower was an awesome touch. Honestly - this kicks the crap outta Turf.
thanks blaze, headloang and turf inspired me a little on the map like the bridge and crane, and the lift wall with the catwalks and turf gave me some insperation for the close quarters fighting.
This map is easily your best. With the exception of the questionable name... (remember our discussion? xD) Anyway, playing this map feels almost completely like playing on Headlong, only made smaller. Your skill with building construction is comparable to the skill of Bungie map-devs themselves. You really understand what makes a building, and you've shown that. Buildings are, and have been your strength, and it's good to see that you continue to improve each time. My only problem with the map is the relatively small number of ways to get to the upper structures. I'd have been happier with one or two more ways up, as it creates a sort of a "vertical choke point" in the area by the turret. Though the highway does alleviate that problem quite a bit, I think one more way up on the side where you have to jump onto the crate to get up into the side building would have made the map absolutely perfect. However, since it is built to be an asymmetric map, and was supposed to be best for One Flag, One Bomb, etc. there's really no reason for me to be bitching about something so minor. Metro plays perfectly for what you intended it to play best for, and therefore this map is a 5/5 and will be staying on my HDD for a long time. Keep up the excellent work, and I hope that whatever you come up with next can top this one!
thanks alot, there are enough ways into the base, you just have to have a good offense, alot of the times the flag will be taken, i reccomend rushing the entrence from the catwalks into the building and sending a small team in the back entrence, grab the flag and take the back way out, thanks for the wall of text, and i like the name like i told you lol, your good feedback is highly appreaciated.
gameplay from what people tell me and i have experianced is it is very solid for one sided games like one flag and, one bomb which plays well.
Good work Paulie I remember playtesting this with you before you posted it. The map plays great for a nice variety of gametypes hope people enjoy this map. Headlong was alot of peoples favorite map from Halo 2 and I can see alot of Headlong fans enjoying Metro. :]
Thanks eyeless, as i said before headlong did inspire me in some places. One flag works the best in my opinion, but one bomb is fun too.
paulie great job I think the nbest part about this map is the forging. everything looks very professional and good. The coolest part about this map though is the crane. Great job paulie.

The big street and the crane remind me of that one map in HALO 2 whats it called...oh.well thats just ammazing how you can forge like that i also love the clock its great.Well love the map 10/10
Nice map! The clock tower is just amazing! This is just like HEADLONG and is one of the best 1- flag maps I've seen in a while.
Wow, just wow thats all i can say right now... that is amazing. The cran idea was flawlessly executed the house is perfect ive played this map so many times with my friends one flag is awesome. I love all the geomerging and yes the highway makes it feel so much like headlong i love it! 2000/10 You have got my hard drive bud great job
