I know half of the effect but the rest I will try and figure out. i love to experiment and create new effects. The swirly looking part I dont know yet.

is it exlosive related? Cause if it is then a brute shot or rocket perhaps, maybe even a spartan laser?
spartan laser makes it completely red, brute shot doesn't have enough impact, but rocket has a possibilty, i haven't tried it yet.
