I used to forge maps all the time, then stopped, then had to start again after I got way too many cool ideas. I also had 2 HUGE map promotion threads in Bungie where I actually checked out the maps people posted and put the best ones in the first post. So I've seen my fair share of good maps (and crappy maps.)
