Is it me or does that thing under the soccer ball look like road kill? I think we need someway of making an official scoring system for the soccer though, not just honor rules.
The force of the ball could knock something over which leads to a hill, then you get one point. Ehhh I dunno.
Yeah, I was thinking about that too but the only problem is that you couldn't play with nades, gravity hammer etc. so you couldn't just rush the goal and knock it over without the soccer ball.
You sir win the internets for this. Anyway, honor rules for soccer? maybe it could go into the goal, causing an explosion to push a bomb onto the plant point, or maybe you could glitch the bomb INTO the ball.
ya there is a way, you make it so that when the ball goes into a hill it makes a point. then you just make the hill in a box turned to its side
yea i thought it was kinda neat hjow bunie made the map TOTALLY customizable, the walls can now be altered and such,.
An Indiana Jones map will likely be the coolest possible use for the soccer ball. I think I'll just wait until someone else makes it though.
i do not believe that he ment that you can change the walls. i believe he mearly meant that you can add or subtract walls. anyways did anyone know that you can use the soccor ball as a weopon? on my first DLC creation the soccor ball acts as shield; penetrating the shield of a confused victim. what do i mean by this? i mean that it flies back and forth is a set pattern. i set this up so that as someone jumps towards the flag they get hit. this is a last defense however as it just pops the shield and it only works once, unless u push it back in position. i did this with 3 grav lifts and a bridge. to grave lifts are set in weopon holder aiming at each other. with one grav lift in the middle. the bridge is set over head. the ball is sent from one grav lift to the center grav lift (aiming up). this forces the ball up ricocheting off of the bridge down to the othe grav lift aiming in the other direction. the ball then repeats the patter back and forth until someone falls prey to the soccor ball. How do u react to a crazy soccer ball? i put this to the test by playing multiple custom games on my map. as each person came to this secret trap. they stopped, looked both ways. then tried to avoid the ball. the ball moving to fast for spartan/elite speed consistently hit the person popping there shileds. in conclusion 80% of the people reacted as described above. 15% charged without thinking. and 5% turned around and looked for another path (useless info: there are more paths. the path described is the shown path. the other paths are secret (hidden) shhhh.) wow i typed a lot for just a soccor ball jeeze.
