    First off: don't ever go to the bungie forums.
    They suck.

    Second, what the f is HLG? I started seeing gamertags like these yesterday, and by now, I've seen 4-ish...

    Third, why do you care? Play some customs

    And to answer your question, I don't know what's happening.

    Could you show some proof? Like maybe a game video, or something?
