Okay i made a map about the map Desert Glory from Socom2. Heres a picture for refrence The thing about that is i decided in the end to just use the desert glory hostage building and add my own little twist Ok get ready i have 16 pictures of my map locked 1n 3000 bt first lets get the discription out of the way. its a in your face people all around you kinda map. your traped in a house going to war with any one you see. its a fuzed map but no merging. i like it and some of you probibly will to... now lets get to the pics the outside view The Top Floor Go down the stairs now your on the second floor. look behind the stairs and you find the sword room (you cant see the sword) Back in the invis room there is a secret trap door that leades to the basement This is the basement In the basement you'll find a crate use it to get into the next room That will bring you into this room Take the gravlifts up and you'll end up here, as you can see its equiped with a gravlift and OS. you cant see it but shotguns up there to. place the pick-up-lift here and you'll end up in the teliporter chamber outside view of teli chamber and the teliporter brings you to the top floor. But im getting ahead of myself... lets go back to the second floor... this is the hallway that leads to the hostage room. this is the hostage room And this is how you get out. i've never actually played socom 2 but i'm sure this map is very similar to the actual level. it looks pretty cool from the screenshots however i woudve merged a bit but no matter
The first picture is a bit blurry, I can't really make an referance from the actual thing and the map. Though the seems pretty good you Interlocked greatly, awesome. I'll DL though too check how it plays.
Wow, a SOCOM map? Now that's worth a download all in itself. Can't wait to check it out. For those who never played SOCOM: do so now, very good game.
Yea i don't think the first pic is the map looks more like a castle or something, if it is i would get it fixed, map looks good though
woah this looks very neat and well put toghether i like all differnt levels but like the other guy ^^^ ive never played that game but im sure its very similar
i love socom and i love halo! This is really good but if just added merging it would be perfect. Make a V2 soon please
i remember socom, it was the game that introduced a microphone lol, great game, and your maps pretty good, nothing over the top and original, but it gets the job done
I have never played socom, but I'm sure this looks just like the map. It's awesome for a non-interlocked map, and i hope you make one that is interlocked
Yea soon there will be a v2 Equiped with a game. im going to make an extract the hostages game were the hostages have no life and the terriorist are trying not to let them escape like a 1 bomb 1 to win get from the hostage room to the to the Extraction point (where you plant the bomb) all the terrorist have to do is hold em off intill times up... wow i literaly just thought that up wile i was typing it but i'll have to make it easyer for the hostages... also the V2 is going alot diffrent its going to be more like the acutall level Desert Glory or at least i'll try because i dont have much money after the hostage building i have about 120 $ well lets see how it turns out
I think this is a well made map. I'm a bit suspicious about whether it'll be fun or not, but I'll DL and see.
