I found out how to show a ghost in the final cutscene for a few seconds. It's the scene where you jump off that big ramp into the ship. Here is the link to the video: YouTube - Halo 3 Ending - Ghost In Final Cutscene It is available in both high quality and standard.

Thats kind of cool Its a nice cutscene glitch a similar one could happen at the end of Halo 2 where eliets and brutes could still be fighting after you killed tartarus.

if you play through the storm and there are the workers still alive at the end if one is standing on a rock you can see them when the flood hits easiest on easy of course i blasted through it with 6 skulls in under 20 mi nwith most of the workers still alive
