Space-Freighter V.1.5 This is my first posted map and hopefully the start of many posts on Forgehub. BACK STORY In the year 2552, 15,000 cargo ships were sent out to supply Allied troops fighting the covenant with supplies. The covenant had heard of the Freighter ships and created a virus to wipe out the supply ship crews... Only several of the cargo ships crew survived. MAP DESIGNED FOR 4-10 (NO MORE) Map Description: Humans start out in the technical room of the Freighter ship, There are several lifts or portals which are run on a timer(activated every 1 minute). The goal for the Humans is to travel through the levels, surviving the oncoming zombies, and reach the end bunker, where there are supplies. There are a few weapons scattered around the levels also, and some traps for the Humans to lead the zombies into. I have purposefully made the zombies stronger then a usual infection game as I wanted to create an infection game which players must use co-operation and teamwork in order to survive, also, many infection games are just downright unfair to the zombies and give me no fair fighting chance, this map is different. The added intensity and pressure on waiting for a lift and the strength of the zombies make this a very unique take on normal infection. We were inspired by the upcoming game Left 4 Dead , wanting to make it so co-operation is VITAL in order to succeed. The map features a state of the art drawbridge which ALONE is worth downloading for. We hope you enjoy playing it as much as we did making it! looks good, i expected a freighter ship map to be on Avalanche as they aways are but i must say that youve done a great job with everything including the drawbridge and i seee that you've thought it out properly aswell. I hope to see more from your posts in the future, well done
this looks very well thought out but i think that i would be a bit hard for the first zombie it would be like 1 against loads which i think is bad but it is a good map
Which is why at the start there is 1 Alpha and 1 normal zombie, both with poor camo. After extensive playtesting, 80% of the time the humans dont survive until the end. It isnt unfair on the humans, but they must really conserve their ammo and only shoot when neccessary, it can get really frantic
this seems to be an amazingly fun map! i bet i could have fun with my friends for ages once i DL this! 5/5
I was going to make something like this, but you really did a good job. Nicely done and welcome to Forgehub. Nice to see some switches and advanced techniques. 9/10. Hope the last stand bunker isn't too ubalanced.

That map looks amazing!!! I love the pallet bridge and the many rooms you defend yourself from the zombies. 6/5!

I think you uploaded the wrong map or something. I downloaded it and there was no bridge there. At the end there was just a maze that there was no way out of.
The last bunker has a window panel in front of it, if the humans are camping at the bunker, then the zombies can charge the humans from behind the panel.
Very nice map and thats a good idea aswell making it fair for both the xzombies and the humans much bettter than something like Fat Boy
lol went i went to the post and saw drawbridge i thought...if this is mine....but i saw the pics and realized it was THIS map! i lol'd.......i had a lot of fun testing this map and it is VERY good, the drawbridge feature is good....unlike my original designe it is made out of pallets so i do like it =] oh and glad you finally had a good map idea Blueberry XD
This looks cool...now is there teleporters back at the end bunker?...or do you just have to walk back and it's a two way node?
