I started with the idea of raining death from the sky, so the level is bruteshot, flame-grenade heavy, with plenty of vantage points and new platforms. Hammer Island, seen in the shot above, has two man cannons to traverse the map and rain hell down upon foes in transit. The lift room is partially closed, creating an interesting assault variant dynamic and forcing players into the new underground area (with laser and ghost) or around the back of the lift room. Marked by two orange cones on the bridge behind, the lift will elevate players even from behind the structure to a floating fuel rod cannon. Players can remain hovering and pummel unsuspecting enemies with green death. A stairway now extends from behind the library and far out behind, creating an ideal, yet dangerous, sniping vantage point. The level is ready for any variant, but designed for free-for-all slayer, when the mayhem aspect really shines. Hope you enjoy, all the floating and interlocking took a good couple hours. In all fairness, I don't thnik bungie.net is operational atm... it might just be my computer but whenever I attempt to load a bungie.net page, I end up with a big ol' error message saying that the site does not support Windows Live ID I kinda would like to post a map but I cant get to the stupid link on bungie.net! So if it isn't just me experiencing this problem, that's why he doesn't have pics
So now that I took your suggestion, will everyone who took the time to note my lack of pictures now take the time to download and try the map?
nice job, map looks good, more interlocking would make running smoother, and the last pic with the bridges looks a little crooked, work on that.
