Large Speedball Arena. Well, People kept saying my original Speedball Arena was to small and I should make a bigger one. I did. Now I don't think its all that good, but Instead of making the entire map off of the ground I incorporated part of the level this time as well. If you have NO clue what I am talking about refer to THIS thread which includes the original Arena and The game type needed to play the map. Map Variant Game Type
cool cool i love speedball but speed ball doesnt include structures in paintball its only grounded objects also in speedball they dont use exploding fusion coils =P sugestions are to get of structures and only use the ground. makes it more intense. also the crisscross sheilddoor should be removed cause it is to powerful.
I've played the game type on larger arenas and they didn't have structures needless to say it wasn't intense at all. in fact it was boring. But i will take out the shield doors.
nno don't take the sheild walls of take a few of cause you will be needing cover and sheild walls are good for cover but having it in a box shape is bad i would only have one, also there is no floating bits i thought you ment there was floating bits in the map
i love how it is bigger! the first speedball court was great! now this one is about the same cause of walls being crooked 5/5 though
wow, looks like youve improved much very fast from the previous version. i like this one alot better. nice work. and scoring in the other teams goal is something completely knew, and no one has evr thought of that. again nice work
How does the gametype work? Does it use plasma pistols and instant kill? You should get rid of the fusion coils because they are too powerful and give each person a plasma (paint) grenade. Happy forging!
I dunno, maybe I'm just one for more casual maps, but structures and fusion coils explodyness makes everything more fun =D Lol anyway, good map, like the designs. Pretty good build for the gametype you're goin for. I can only judge by the pics, because either my comp or bungie.net is being retarded (either way I can't get on the site to DL anything), but just goin by that I'd say 4/5
I also think that the same sides should not have the same amount of defence because they look like an equal arena which is not what paintball is all about.
Paintball maps have been done so many times so i'll never download for the originality of it. As a result you have to make the map amazing. This, this is just ok.
