The Unlimited Budget Maps here and here are great too. Don't you want the best of both worlds? i dont get it did u just take a canvas map and put one of each item on it? :squirrel_jaffa: :squirrel_chatting: :squirrel_evil: :squirrel_rocking:
Wow, why didn't I think of that? Great idea, and thanks for the cred. I'll download this one and use it for all my unlimited budget glitch needs.
Well aesthetics are important in maps, I wanted it to look like I put a lot of time and care into it. And it makes it easier to use like when you need that last weapon, you have to move it, and it's easier than fishing around in a pile. That's how the unlimited budget glitch works. To learn more about this wonderful trick, please read here and here.
I'm not sure if I understand this correctly... We make the map, not deleting any of those objects, and then when we are done we delete those objects? And, if those objects are in the way we just move them out of the way?
Awesome job! lol, I like the organization and time you put into this "canvas" map. Really cool, man. Now I just got to read up on this new glitch. I understand the basic principle, just gotta read the details.
Nice, i like it how all the vehicles and scenery is shoved into the spaces that arent as used. GREAT JOB!!!
HELP!! I've forged before on this and haven't had a problem until now. I've been working on a new map for a long time now, and I'm only now nearing completion on constructing it. I have spent a lot of time interlocking every single object together with one another, and I've even merged a few with the map itself. I've gotten so far that I really don't want to go back, but I might have to. As I'm forging today, I notice that on the equipment screen all the grenades are greyed out. Same for the power drain, bubble shield, laser, rockets, wraith, and all of the teleporters. I can't spawn any of them. I didn't delete a single thing throughout the entire forging process. So now I'm stuck with a nearly finished map in which I can only have one of each type of grenade. The rest doesn't really matter b/c I wasn't going to use them.... but a map without grenades?!?! Help! Is there any way to fix it, or am I totally screwed?
Strange... what are their stats for run-time max/min? Are you sure you didn't touch anything in the equipment room on the "01" side?
Yeah, I'm sure. They're all still there. I was focusing on building the bases, so I had no use for equipment yet. For some reason all the runtime maximums on the missing objects say 1, but I didn't change them. Maybe some glitch happened in between all the round ending and save-quitting I did. It wouldn't be the first time I had an incredibly strange, devastating and rare glitch happen to me because of save-quitting.
Um... casual maps, because it's where all the other canvases are and because there isn't really a better category for it.
