ok lots of good feed back, now to explain everything that i keep seeing 1.the teles -it helps my spwn system if you trapped on one side of the map then you can use them to get to the other side and the teles are not placed to close to cover so they are not over powered 2. shield doors -its more like a glass wall, and the olny way to do that was with the shield doors, so their not taboo 3. Rockets -there are only 2 shots in them and they are there to speed up ctf and they are also not over powered 4. high side -the high side is NOT OVERPOWERING, is was made so that is was not -the high side has almost no cover, and many access points, while the low side has alot of cover and little access points that are hard to get to thanx for the feed back, and also this is not my first time posting a map i have been posting on the MLG forums since foundry came out
When you make a map that was made to be played with the MLG gametypes, you put MLG infront of the map so that you can tell it is for MLG and not defult gametypes or infection its very common amoung MLG Forge maps One more thing that has nothing to do with the quote i don't care is you do not give my map 5/5 but i would like to know the reason it was not given 5/5 so i can make it better
This is sick. Although many members of FH have grown weary of the recent surge of MLG maps, I am not one of them. I love the call-outs, very unique. Also, the shield-door interlocked with the fence wall on top mid is a wonderful eye catcher. Don't listen to the scrubs who say "shield doors aren't MLG" or "don't post your map with MLG in the title", they know not what they speak of. Anyway, great looking map my friend. You have my dl. :]
Update #1 For Perfection v6 -rockets bridge was off center, now centered -blue low stairs had a problem and lip, problem was fixed and lip was removed
looks and sounds very fun. it really does look MLG worthy. i just hope i'm true. Thanks to all the testers who tested out this map even though it didnt matter as much
like everyone elses opinion this is a good quality mlg map with some new features included that im not sure work well with mlg ill check it out i guess. but too many mlg maps are being made with the same sort of symetry which is a wrap around but this looks different thats why this map is unique. theres no flaws that i really see and i see how you fliped the bridges on the right side which is saying that you know its more important that your map has a better feel to it then some asthetics. good job
awesome map, interlocking looks great in some places, and not so great in others. Even though this is a ridiculous request, to not lose any grenades, you could geomerge all objects touching the ground, you don't have to fallow that through though, it may take a while
Wow great. Definate download, but you said you wanted constructive critisism so I'll think of the most tiny thing in your map that could improve... Ok, on each of your bases there's a double box standing on a single box. This is fine, but maybe next time you may want to vertacally merge the two objects to make them look like one big tower. It not a big deal though, I was just trying to think of something. Keep forging, this could maybe even go featured
looks like a great MLG map, but some poeple may Nag to you, complaining on how its not a true mlg map with the shield door, but MLG or not, you did a fantastic job
this map looks great. It really has the overall feel of a MLG map. The overshields and active camo pointing out the different bases is a nice touch. I like how you took the time to label everything in your pics. Great job, i'm probally going to download
Incredible! A lot of red this, red that, blue this, blue that, though. And I hate MLG, so that's a little bit of a turn off. 4.5/5, though! Great map!
It looks really good and well made, and you've named all the parts like a competitive map should. Now for the critisism you wanted? I think that despite the extra door, it needs more cover still. Though I normally clutter all my maps with crates and wire spools which may invalidate my opinion.
its a great map, i like the geomerging in of the single open boxes, but perfect? no. and also the shield doors arent really MLG ish. even though you cant really walk through them. good map though
Interlocking, interlocking, interlocking Some forge items have extremly small invisible walls that surround them most prominately the double walls, walls, and corner walls and to make a map have no bumbs and a better feel to them you must take that into consideration, unless you want you map to feel like driveing on a bumpy round when playing it and throw your shot off go argue with the creater of amplified about my shield doors and also the person in charge of Major League gameings competitive map datebase about it, they have both said that the shield doors are fine
