I cant think of the absolute perfect trilogy..but i think that the 'Back to the Future' was pretty good..how they are all connected and you know what everyones about..not missing pieces all the time.......and....it was just a good set of movies.... I also think indianajones was epic... I also think the original star wars was...it was like one big book SO What Do You Think is The Best Trilogy Ever IS?
Lord of the Rings, The Director's Cut version. The original Star Wars was it for a long time until LotR came out. Nothing will ever beat it, IMO.
"The Godfather" trilogy. The third film was a bit of a bummer (it had its good parts, though), but overall (IMO) doesn't bring down the whole trilogy.
i personally dont like any trilogy perfectly. i hate the godfather series AND the LOTR series. Saw was pretty close for me, but the 3rd one kinda failed... then they kept releasing more until i just couldnt stand to see what it became. The matrix wouldve been good, IF they had stayed with the ideas and feelings of the first movie. i hated the other two.
You're right about Back To The Future. I love it when the tv channels put them back on because it reminds me back when i was younger and first watched them. But out of everything ever made my choice has to be with our Friend Indy Jones. Personally i loved the original Indiana Jones Trilogy just because it was so awesome, Even some of the fight scenes from those films are better and less cheesier than some being released nowadays but since the fourth addition to the Trilogy has been added (making it a quadrilogy i know what im talking about) it kind of ruined my experience with the films, I kind of believed what was going on during the films which added to the epicness but now the crap that they put out ruined it because the aliens idea was a bit too far-fetched to me.
