So i'm working on something similar to the drawbridge switch. I am making it on avalanche. The only movable objects I seem to be able to use are crates. Here's what's weird, I finally got it to work, BUT even after setting the crate's respawn to never, they still respawn randomly (or disappear). I tried setting the run time minimum to the highest, but it does nothing.

Help? I need to know either how to make it work with crates or what other movable object I can use.

    Thanks,

Set the Min/Max on the crates to the same and make the respawn time on all the crates to never. Should help your problem.

Wait, no, that doesn't work. The crates will disappear, but then respawn back at there spawn points - its real annoying. What fun is a drawbridge if you can't walk on it without it constantly respawning.

The only other option I have is to make the switch drop a ton of crates down so new ones respawn on the bridge - but that's not nearly as cool.

If you can help me figure this out, add me (GT: ajpsk8) i'm on right now.

When you set a movable object to never respawn, such as a crate, you're telling it to disappear if it is moved and to never come back. I'm guessing that they disappear once you activate the drawbridge because they've been moved, but they respawn in their original place because you've got their run-time minimum set to the amount placed on the map.

So basically setting the respawn time to never and setting the run-time minimum to it's highest at the same time is like making something automatically respawn. It's probably some wierd problem Bungie just couldn't work around, like the budget glitch.
You'd probably be better off setting them to respawn at 180 seconds.

But this is all just a theory.
