Re: Honor Rules-Free Soccer This looks like a cool concept but I would never want to be the poor sap up in the cage. Nice idea though. Maybe if the guy in the cage could help someway this might lessen the downside of being in the cage.

Re: Honor Rules-Free Soccer Ok, show of hands, please. How many people read the whole post and the replies? Hrm, not many hands it seems. I truly appreciate all the compliments and the feedback. But what i really need is for people to actually play it (using the supplied Game Variant) and help me come up with ideas to make sure it is fun. That is why i originally posted this map in the Discussion Forum, as i was directed to by one of the bigwigs. I knew it was not ready for the actual Minigame maps area quite yet. But it got bumped over to Minigames anyway, and that is fine as long as people understand it is a prototype that is needing constructive, suggestions based on actual game play. The main feedback i am getting is that people are afraid that being the VIP would be boring. However, nobody has commented that they actually tried it. So without actual test feedback, i can't do anything. For all i know, the supplied variant works out well to make it fun for everyone, including the goalie. And by editing it, i could make it worse. It needs 4 vs 4 for it to work properly right now, but you can delete Starting Spawn points in the VIP game variant for it to work with less. Just don't delete the starting point that is in the cage, or the VIP wont spawn inside. Once again, i'm not trying to sound unappreciative. I do appreciate the comments, but since TDF's post, i just keep getting his thoughts copied by everyone else. Everyone repeat after me, "Yes, we are all different." (Monty Python? anyone?) If you are concerned about the playing as the VIP/goalie, try it first, then give suggestions on what would make it better. I really want this to be a great map. That is why i posted it in this community: to have the best of the best try it, and work together to make it classic. Thanks again.

Re: Honor Rules-Free Soccer Looks awesome can't wait for Complete version. But how do you make the VIP only spawn in a certain spot? I made an awesome prison break map, but then i left it cuz i didn't think you could giv the VIP its own spawn point. Howd you do it?
