Spiderman 3 was a terrible film.....terrible is being nice. The reason I have the formula above is very simple. The more villains you have in a film, the less time you have for character development. Movies that lack a good story line will stuff the screen with 2 dimensional villains, as was the case with Batman and Robin. Spiderman 3 was a script and directing nightmare....not much good to say about that movie....if you'd like a full rant, PM me.
Epic magic trick was one of the best parts. It was a bit disturbing how funny they made a psychopath murderer. >_> I don't really care though. Too busy rolling around on the ground laughing.
You should care because there are actually people like that out there, and it was no mistake by the directors and Ledger to portray the Joker like that. There was a political message with the Joker and Batman being compared to Osama Bin Laden and George Bush respectively. Of course, there were also some references to Christ with Batman (I am not going to go into detail because I could get in trouble with spoilers again ).
http://youtube.com/watch?v=4jkWKYeu6y0 For the people who havent seen the actual movie you can watch this. It is not the greatest trailer but I found it cool for the first day it came out then by today since the actual movie is out this video I provided isnt that great but worth watching.
I just saw it and made a post in the Spoilers thread. For those of you still reading this thread, and still on the fence, go see it. It's awesome. Action, some laughs to lighten the mood, suspense, plot twists, drama. It's got it all.
