Luke562 is stealing peoples maps. As far as I know he is claiming he made my map and some others: Spillway Altercation Those are the only maps I'm aware of. Link to his file share HERE Link to where he claims my map is his HERE
That's ridiculous. He's also got Altercation on there, another map posted here. I guess that's the price you pay for making awesome maps. People will steal them.
ATTENTION PLEASE As you probably can imagine I'm am pretty f@#$ing pissed off right now that someone stole Wicked One and I's map, Altercation. We spent so much time (15+) into this map and I sure as hell did not do all that work in order for our map to be stolen. First off, thank you Stolenpoo for informing us. Its a shame someone would have to do something this low. Now secondly, this obviously is stealing the copyrights of Wicked One and I's map. He is breaking the rules and should suffer the "Hammer and Anvil". If someone with a higher authority such as TDF could pass this issue on to Bungie officials that would help me feel a little better about this whole incident. Thanks. i suggest revenge. i dont mean steal his maps because if he's stealing sum1 elses maps then his must suck. i propose that on every map he posts that is not his own every member or atleast sum descent members should post that the map is stolen and give proof (file share link). also i propose that this information should be given to bungie and other halo sites which incriminates him. this will cause him to be blacklisted every where. ppl who steal maps are not ppl. they are germs. and germs have to be eliminated
I plan on contacting Bungie for myself, Wicked One, and Stolenpoo. And whatever you guys can do to help would be much appreciated. I would recommend removing your valuable maps from your fileshare. Thanks for the support and sorry for my explicit language and attitude in my previous post.

Please post all map thieves in the "Forge Community Watch" thread in Forge Discussion... Anyways, I'm sorry to hear this you guys. But you guys should feel honored. Your map was worth stealing, that in and of itself is amazing. Those are great maps, and deserve to be shown off by their true owner. Off to the FH Blacklist he goes...
On the Spillway thread, I'm confused. I can't even find his name occurring on there. But on his fileshare, yeah, that sucker deserves to die. In Halo. Yeah, I'm a wimp, so what?
It was his friend who said that Stolenpoo was not the creator of Spillways and his friend Luke562 was (If I understood that right). It also appears that his post where he claimed this was edited.
It seems that he took Spillway down from his fileshare; I don't see it. I hate people who steal maps, but in his defense it doesn't look like he published Altercation to Bungie. He must have changed something small and saved it as his own. Looks like he did the same thing with Bridgebattle and maybe even Loop D Loop. It is suspect that he would re-upload those to his fileshare. If he ends up claiming it's his map, however, he should be strung up by his short and curlys. We shall keep an eye on this one... Has anyone DL'd these to see if they are in fact the real deals? I'm (supposed to be) working now, so I can't.
Its always going to happen im afraid. I havent posted a single one of my maps yet but its sad to see dishonest people out there who will steal others work, ive got some pretty original ideas in my forgeries and id hate for people to claim them as their own. The flip side I suppose is that they must be pretty awesome maps for others to want to claim them as their own. Plus, as artists we should perhaps be happy that our own work is out there for the rest of the world to see and interact with. I mean how cool is it that the things we spend hours on get praise from around the world. Its just sad to see others want to claim that praise. Would it be possible for bungie to edit the system, so that every person that edits that map would be listed under the creators? This would allow the true artists name to be at the top of the list, and prove they made it.
not a good idea. what if u worked on a map with sum1. then u wouldnt have the shared glory. unless they made it so names would be side by side if u were in the room when it was being made.
