Konohagakure (木ノ葉隠れの里, Konohagakure no Sato, literally "Village Hidden Among Tree Leaves"), or Konoha for short, located in the Land of Fire, is the main Hidden Village in the series Naruto and one of the five great villages. As such, it has a Kage (Shadow) as its leader, known as the Hokage (Fire shadow). Although Konoha, much like the country in which it resides, has been peaceful for the past twelve years and has grown accustomed to that peace, it remains one of the most powerful villages in existence, with an overall ninja population much greater than that of any other village, and therefore has great military power and influence.

But you should all know this ALREADY, as you are recently graduated Genin (lower) ninja. You've already done several D and C rank missions and now that the upcomming Chunin (Middle ninja/journeyman ninja) Exams are nearly here, it's time to train hard and the best way is to spar against your fellow Genin across the whole town.

Using the correct gametype player will only have swords but can pick up several jutsu (grenades) to aid them along with several powerups. For 4-16 players.

Familair sights in Konoha:

Ichiraku Ramen Bar: The best Ramen shop in all of the five emelental countries. Careful it can get hot in the kitchen. Located below naruto's apartment.

Sasuke's Apartment: Known for his powerful Katon (fire) jutsu's this is a good place to pick up some of the Uchiha clan secrets. Located above the shopping district.


Naruto's arpartment: One of the tallest and most run down building's in Konoha, it's easily noticeable. At naruto's apartment you can learn how to use Rasengan (Swirling Sphere).

Ten Ten's Weapon shop: Located near Naruto's, it's where you can pick up all sorts of jutsu's, explosive tags and shuriken.

The school: is located on the far side of town, another place to learn jutsu's and tags.



Shopping district: this is filled with all sorts of shops than can be used for cover and to pick up eqipment needed to complete your genin training.

In one of the shops back room Hyashi Huuyga will teach you the Kaiten (Heavenly Spin).

Elsewhere in the shopping district an old Iwa (Stone) nin can teach you the Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique) Since your still just a Genin ninja it won't last long as your Chakra is low, but the effects it can have on your training are amazing.
