I have no idea if anyone has posted this but I just accidentally found this out but you can get under the ground in foundry by doing the following steps 1. Spawn a closed box on the ground but not in the middle in that little orange strip thing 2. Set the box to where it does not spawn on start 3. Start new round 4. Go to where you placed the box and stand on the spawn point (not as a monitor) 5. When the object spawns youll be shoved in the ground and youll have to turn into the monitor as soon as you do and youll be under the ground 6. I don't know how to spawn stuff down there but my friend got a teleporter to get down there UPDATE Me and my friend have found how to get stuff under the ground: you used the interlocking the scenery into the map geometry technique so they will be under the ground me inside a box before i get shoved down under foundry
The space you have is about the height of a double box but the width is the hole map of foundry, so if you can place like floating walls it would be pretty sweet also there is a death barrier after the pre stated height of about a double box
In theory you could make a "Bulk head" of a house with a teleporter in it. You go through it and it could be like actually going into a basement.
Eh i think it would end up just being another silly glitch map like blue room and what not... Pretty cool discovery nonetheless though!!
its even funnyer if you do this with a vehicle right above the center line of the map. "above the brown grate." you can drive a vehicle under there. I recomend a mongoose. Also if you put a turret in the double box before it spawns you can shoot out of it.
We discovered this when we tried seeing if objects on top of spawn points made the object not want to spawn if minimum was selected for the box. I got pushed under, but then died.
Thanks for posting this. I was going to but then decided not to because I figured someone else would. Yeah it would be interesting to experiment with this a bit more.
ur at school. anyway. i havent tried it yet but ur saying there is very little room to move under the map. and in saying this if you put a whole bunch of double boxes next to each other does it make the area bigger.
guys i figured how to get stuff under the map and its by using the interlocking scenery into the map geometry technique. my friend and i built a small tunnel using open boxes earlier. need help with getting spawn points under there though
