Free Photo Editing Software?

    Hey I was just wondering if anybody knew of some good free photo editing software that i can dl or just go to a website for.
    Also don't give me the name of something that can't be dl'ed from a trustworthy site and such.

    Gimp is free.

    Or it was for me...Anyway I think theres a like online photoshop I've hear of?

    Picasa 2, just google it... it is made by google.

    I hate the way were not even allowed mention it in posts...i mena if they really did arrest/fine everyone who illegally downloaded who would be left?
    But anyway rules is rules.GIMP and picaso 2 are free (that taint ilegalz r it?)

    lol i know lots of illegal wayz... but im not going to mention

    and yes... PICASA AND GIMP ARE LEGAL FREEWARE.

    GIMP is free, it's not an illegal download. Very similar to Photoshop, not as user friendly, but very free and very powerful.
