I don't think anyone wants it except for the people who control the internet. The internet is for the common man to express themselves, whether it be through blogs, or forums. We deserve the right to the internet, and I don't think anyone should be allowed to take it away. But there will be one company that will not give into it and everyone will go to them for service... hopefully.
Errr...This is the debate forums, debates generally go on for quite some time, especially net neutrality. I think you should choose again :X
