so im making a map and im using bridges as floors. i want the bridges i use to be as high as a box. how should i do this( i have a way of doing it, but i want to see if there are better ways out there that im over looking.)
Place down a box. Put a bridge on top of the box. Delete the box. Hold a bridge under the other bridge. Save and quit. That's how I'd do it.
Hoff so far seems most accurate in this discussion, I would have said that too, if it wasn't for me being sloooooow. Also, make your bridges upside down, it looks a lot better.
i actually do it differently so it's good to get another perspective on this subject. i usually put a double box down on it's side and put a bridge on it. it seems to work pretty well.
well for bridges, i put a double box on it's side so the bottom is facing a wall. then i place a bridge on top of said double box. this technique actually is better for bridges than the other technique. i tested. there is less of a bump. but i use the technique in the video for normal walls. you can see how good this technique is in my map torrent which is in my sig.
