Sig of the Week - Week Five Voting

definitly xx blivons just because he made it for me but i also like camofos its hilarious and simple i can't not laugh

 

they are all awsome

 

I'd say Al capwnage... I notice that last time I voted, I voted for his, too.

Now, the reason I say that is because 80% of these sigs have a case of the "centered." Wherein they feel it neccessary to center the design to create a completely boring and "unmoving" piece of art. The art draws your attention to the center and it keeps it there, not letting the viewer's eye to move around the page and creating very little visual interest on the whole. Al, however, accomplished this through making the only iconic image (Master cheif) off-centered and using color to his visual advantage. (making master cheif black and while while the background is pink).

I ****ing hate the play on the i-pod advertisement. It's overused, it's not original, it died out in the early 2000s. I mean, not even i-pod uses it anymore, there's a reason.

 

I vote for Lone Deity's. It reminds me of an illusion. I just cannot tell if it is in the center or not. Truly amazing. =)

There are about 3 or 4 that are votable but i went with Convulse.A bit monotone and i didn't like the lighting.I like the flow and the focal.

I love the contrast between the dot and they white. Its not sharpened too much, yet it still remains clearly defined. Its a perfect example of modern day creativity and style.

What the ****? I just got negative rep for my vote... it said "You obviously didn't look at all the entrants" or something. Whoever that dipshit was, for your information, I did look at all the entrants and voted for the one that wasn't just "gimmicky." I chose the one that didn't just focus on an icon or a recognized design style for its success. I chose the one I felt had a good design. Even if that weren't master cheif and was just more circles or a group of arrows, that design would work. (assuming, of course, the group of arrows or circles had the same ammount of visual weight to it.)... Keep your uninformed reping to yourself, kthxbai.
