Map Title: Closed Quarters Download Map Description: This is a great small map that is made for multi-flag/bomb, Team Oddball, Team Slayer, and Neutral Bomb. Its fast paced gameplay will keep you entertained in a 2v2 situation and slightly chaotic in a 4v4-5v5. There are enough BR's readily available to keep MLG players happy. Besides a couple of CTF and Assault games, it has not been thoroughly play tested yet. Hope you enjoy! New pics coming soon. Word of advice... You cannot add pictures directly from Bungie. Upload the pictures to your fileshare, then upload them to a website like www.imageshack.us. Copy the last link on the page then paste it inbetween img codes like so: Code:
Hey Reach, the first thing I should point out is that the topic title when you post a map should be the same as the map title. I edited out the "(w/ pics now)" portion. Second, include some line breaks between those screenshots so that it's easier to see when one stops and another starts. Third, try to take some shots outside of Forge. Whenever I see lots of respawn points and those little white object locater things it distracts from the screenshot. Also, it's usually an indicator that the map author hasn't tested the map yet, and that they've only played it in Forge. Finally, give us a more detailed description. So far I know it's a small map set up for a few different gametypes. Tell us about the weapon placement. Tell us about the different bases. Tell us about cool features, or what kind of gaming experience you were trying to create. I hope that helps.
Looks really fun for an Odball game because as it appears there seem to be plenty of nooks and crannies to hide in. Good work.
I did download it. It was pretty awesome. There weren't that many spawn points, but the map was set up in a way that it used the natural divider to create the bases, and there are very few options for going around, creating choke points; excellent for objective based games. I also like the floating second floor that you could get up onto, but there was also enough room that you could walk under it to have a lot of cover. I'm keeping this one.
Kinda a sad map. just like the rest of the functional foundry maps. Doesnt remind me oof any closed Quarters though.
