Gamelon Dungeon v2.0

    This is Gamelon Dungeon, my first serious map (I have made another map, but it was more of a "get my feet wet" map). It does NOT use the unlimited money glitch.

    It's a symmetric Foundry edit designed to work with all gametypes except for Race and other "get someone to X location" games. It is your typical "block off the actual bases" map, but has four (limited) levels and two identical bases - A and B. Each side of the map has identical weapons and equipment, but the center line of the map contains the more powerful weapons; the design of the map means both teams have an equal chance of getting them, and the power weapons - Fuel Rod Cannon and Energy Sword - have long respawn times. The spawn points are concentrated around the bases in order to prevent players from spawning in front of the power weapons; there are no spawn points on the bridges or in the center of the map. There is a Rocket Launcher, but it contains no spare clips, so I don't consider it a power weapon.

    The three grav lifts on the map all have 10 second respawn times.

    Miscellany:
    Energy Sword in the shielded passage. It has an extended respawn time.

    Fuel Rod Cannon on the third level. Ignore it, this is where the neutral ball/bomb spawns now.

    Enclosed second level hallway allows for CQB on the way to the Oddball/Neutral Bomb spawn.

    Spartan Laser, protected by fusion cores (that I just blew up in this image). There is now a Fuel Rod Cannon here; ignore the laser.

    Weapons/Equipment/Vehicles:
    Each side has 2x Plasma Rifle, 2x Carbine, 2x Battle Rifle, 2x SMG, 2x Spiker, 1x Shotgun, 1x Brute Shot, 1x Plasma Pistol, 2x Magnum, 1x Mauler, 1x Needler, 1x Trip Mine, 1x Grav Lift, 1x Bubble Shield, 1x Regenerator, 1x Power Drain, and an assortment of grenades. Most of the weapons are in the bases; weapons become scarce outside them. Each side has a Custom Powerup.

    There is 1x Needler and 1x Battle Rifle on each bridge. Boxes containing 1x Brute Shot can be reached by dropping down from them.

    There is one Carbine hidden on each side of the back of the map next to each stairwell, near where the Fuel Rod Cannon is.

    There are no weapons in the center line except for a Battle Rifle, a Fuel Rod Cannon (120s, 2 clips), and an Energy Sword (90s). There is also a Sniper Rifle on a floating platform that can only be reached from the third level bridges.

    Each base has one Ghost and one Mongoose, each with a 30 second respawn time.

    Changes for Version 2:

    - The Spartan Laser is gone. I have moved the Fuel Rod Cannon to its original location, and it now spawns at the beginning of the game. It still has a 120-second respawn time.
    - I moved the ball/bomb spawn to the area where the Fuel Rod Cannon originally was. There is now a Battle Rifle where the spawn originally was.
    - There are now machine gun turrets on the sides of the map.
    - There is now a rocket launcher with zero spare clips in the center of the map, on the lowest level. Yes, this means it only has two rockets in it. It has a 90-second respawn time.

    You have four power weapons on the map. Does it still play well despite this?

    Given that they have very long respawn times (2 minutes) and don't appear at the beginning of the game, the map seems to play fairly well despite that. I might remove the fuel rod cannon and replace it with something else if I remove any of them.

    The map IS more balanced than a previous version I made that had weapons all over the place.

    EDIT: I changed things around to make the map more balanced, see the first post.
