Hmmm, interesting. Looks really good. My only concern is how the actual gameplay itself would hold up, but that's probably not a problem.
I've tested it a lot with different people and everything went smoothly so that's not a problem. Thanks for the post =)
wow this sounds like an interesting gt but can you show some pictures of you playin the map so we can see how it plays *edit oops didnt see previous post still add some action pics
even though it looks so to say "sloppy" i like it and i think it looks pretty good... only thought is maybe it should have been made more symmetrical insead of like an oval or somthing... 3/5 for no interlocking but a good original idea... :0
Sure, I'll get a game running tommorrow and take some screens. They'll be on as soon as possible It looks like an oval because I wanted the max space possible and the edge of that area isn't exactly neat
only one thing maybe a v2 with the interlocked walls because i now from experience that a granade can get lost in the cracks
I'll think about it but I doubt I will. If I interlocked the walls they wouldn't be long enough to cover all the area and there are no more decent immovable objects to use. I might but I need to find a new layout for the walls again thanks for the post.
This looks crazy! The map looks sweet, nice job. Its orginal and I would have expected it would have been made on foundry anyways this looks really cool. Nice work
I actually have a foundry version but it came out horribly compared to this one thanks for the comment =)
are you giving him a 3/5 because there was no interlocking? or because its pretty good without interlocking, i have to say the map "jenga tower" had no interlocking and it was featured.
Here's some action shots: Flying splatter (it worked) A warthog getting hit off A fusion coil exploding near a warthog General mayhem
Wow, pretty decent, glad that this one is not made on Rats Nest and has plenty of space to move your vehicle around.
How did you get it to acutally lose points when going out of the map area? Anyways, it looks a bit sloppy and it's kind of unordered...
Well I put a hill around the edge of the wall so if you go out of the hill I set it so you lose points. There's no way to completely block people off from getting out especially because of how little unmovable objects that standoff has, excuse me if I ask but what do you mean by unordered?
