Well, I was going to wait until someone else posted this, but since I suppose I'm probably one of the only Canadians on the board, I'll take the time to wish everybody a happy Canada day. Oh, it's also my twentieth birthday. So as of today, I'm no longer a teenager.
**** you =) Yes I am Canadian but no longer live there anymore, unfortunately. I do know that my cousins over there are now probably partying. And one of them, David, is turning 19 today.
Pffft. If you're really wanting to grab some sort of reference from a TV show to bash Canada, South Park is the way to go.
Well, seems like we got a few of haters here Azrius:squirrel_wink: For the Canadians on the Hub, anyone do anything special? Fireworks, party, all-night-gaming...
Ahh way to make me feel bad, If I still lived in Canada I would so be doing that. I miss my cousins =(
I don't celebrate Canada Day, just like I wouldn't celebrate Independence if I was in America. They had fireworks outside my house last night, so I, being still sick, watched out the window, fun.
Well I'm from New Zealand and I've never been over seas, but what the hell is so bad about Canada srsly lulz. IMO I like Canada more from what I've observed. =/
People tease Canada because they have free medicare, they say 'eh', they have 'zed' in their alphabet, it gets cold there, and other reasons unknown.
We don't live in igloo's We don't have a president, we have a prime minister:squirrel_shiftyeyes And Eh can mean many different things, depending on the context and the speaker... It can mean : Eh = what did you say? Eh? = what do you think Eh!! = WOW!! EH? = what do you mean? Eh?? = your joking!!!?? EH!! = Hello..you off in the distance!!! Eh..cmon eh? = asking them to let you pay for it next time. Eh...uhuh = yes sure!
South park has done a great job of making fun of canada for around ten years, canada on strike FTW. SP>FG
