My first serious attempt at a map! It's on foundry and it's designed for slayer, br starts. Inspired by Onslaught, Conflict, and Vantage Point ;D(my fav. slayer maps ) also, an excellent shottie-snipes map. Link to Download TrueCombat It consists of two very unique BR towers in opposite map corners. (see pic.) There's a third pathable structure we'll refer to as our main base. (see pic.) Here you'll find a overshield. To the right and left of the main base are slightly elevated "catwalks". (You can hardly call them catwalks since they're just boxes, but me describing maps=Epic Phail). The center consists of two parts the tunnels which is the only true shelter from the incessant BR and sniper fire. Also there's the ground level combat zone with a energy and active camo up for grabs. By the way , you'll find the snipers opposite of each other along the wall between catwalks and BR towers. That covers most the structures and weapons. The best word to describe it is : FUN. True fun, true excitement, true combat. IMPORTANT NOTE - At the time this will only work with Team Slayer, Team King of the Hill, and Multi-Flag CTF. 4-8 player team games is how this was meant to be played. Therefore that's how it works best. If you use more people but the starting points might be weird. Consider yourself warned. RED and BLUE teams only ENJOY! looks good but i would like to see an overview shot. slideshows tend to annoy people and its better to just put most of your pictures up front
Looks good, only critisim is that I've seen that middle interlocked wall corner thing like a million times lately.
Yeah, the wall corner is getting old, but the excuse is that I needed to put something there to break up the line of sight and I was just doing a quick fix-up when I noticed it.
Well looks like an o.k. try at a serious attempt of forging. By the looks of it you tryed to show off that interlocked wall corner when that and the two bridges are the only things interlocked. I see no point of having the bridges covering the boxes that are not interlocked and if you did interlock them it would make a decent tunnel. The blockage off of the bases was definately not done the best. Consider fixing those things and you will have a decent map.

looks good, i'm just questioning why there is bridges on top of double-boxes. It doesn't really seem to add anything other than make the map look a little messy. Otherwise it looks pretty good, i like the little look outs in the corners.
I honestly can't believe that no one caught that before. Arrghh! Well like, I said, there's always v2.
