Not possible, but you can make it not start at the beginning.

 

Well if you want to complicate it you can put a pallet on a fusion coil, have a fusion coil blow up that fusion coil and break the pallet and then have the things respawn quickly

 

Well, you could make the floor a pallet and drop from a height, a fusion coil and that'll destroy the pallet. Therefore, the floor would temporarily disappear and it will re-appear in 10 sec., 30 sec., whatever time you put it at to respawn.

Unfortunatly, that is the best you can really do. :squirrel_sad:

You could just make pallets that instantly respawn covering whatever hole you want them to go through. They break when you bash them correctly. So if you stand in the right place and bash correctly, then you'll be able to fall through, while the pallets instantly respawn above you.

 

But they won't respawn that fast, unless you had 200% gravity or something. You'd probably be halfway through when they respawn.
