New infection map

    I am the middle of working on an infection style map in foundry and i have ran into a stand still.

    Human side looks like this:

    Zombie side is the exact same:

    At the end of those hallways there is a teleporter which i haven't decided where i want it to go to yet. I was thinking some sort of building but i probably wont have enough material to make a nice building. So then i was thinking like an open graveyard type thing, but not sure how that is going to work out. I want the humans to have a 30 second head start to get set, but i don't know how to do that with teleporters. Any suggestions you can make are greatly appreciated. This may be the first map i submit to this site if i can get everything figured out and cleaned up and i am hoping i can. Thank you in advance.

    i am pretty sure this post should be in forge testing, but since your posting because you are at a standstill, i guess its alright. and for a zombie map, i would go for something unique. unfortunately that may be trouble, but i would suggest a wall around a fort, that is not fortified too well, so the humans may need to explorre a little to find weapons. so you would have the main fort and then a scattering of items around it for fighting, cover, and hiding items

    I wasn't sure where to post it. Your idea is what I originally wanted to do but I don't think i will be able to now since i only have 3 walls and 4 double walls left, but I do have a lot of boxes left so I might be able to make it work.

    Timed map events my friend. Set the zombies teleporter not to respawn at start by pressing 'X' over the teleporter and selecting spawn at start 'no'. Then you can set when during the game it will spawn, 10 sec, 30 secs, or whatever you want.

    You can't make teleporters abide by timed map events bud so he will have to find another way i think thatyou should put a destructable wall of pallets back up by teleporters/weapon holders millimeters away from a shield door than 30 seconds into the game a man cannon will spawn against the wall launching a fusion coil at the pallet wall thus destroying it
    also make the pallet wall never respawn and your set.

    Yea, forgot about that. So in a less confusing method than yours, you block the teleporters with fusion coils for example, then have a fusion coil spawn to drop on them and clear the teleporter. Snow mice on Avalanche is a great example of how this works.
