I think the teles will be place-able objects. Maybe not the big sender node but i dont think the receiver node is that big. I don't think its that whole clunky thing in the pic, I think the receiver node starts at that top little blue/gray ring. Hopefully, anyway.
being the shotgun freak i am, i noticed it sitting in the first picture. its resting on the orange mound of crap behind the yellow tube with the flood in it.
Is that actually a shotgun, I really hope that this doesn't turn into Epitaph. And I still don't see the rockets... =\
Didnt bungie show the entire heroic map pack at once? i could be wrong because when i got my 360 and went on b.net i saw all 3 maps in 1 announcement
Yes it was, but he said the Legendary map pack maps were unveiled to the public at different times, not the Heroic map pack.
No shield doors, plus what is at the very least a good layout. halo 1 chilly had a shotty and rockets too, but you also were holding the halo 1 pistol so it actually worked.
I dont mean to *****, but i was the first person to post about this and mine got locked after 2/3 more came out. Why? O Well, and i still dont see the rockets.
i posted mine at 4 am in the morning and i checked theraly to see if there was any and i didnt see it, im sry.. :'( if you can get mods to change it to your name go for it you have my permision.. but i dont seethe point in that i just tried to show people whats up... the rockets are in the back of th 1 pic at the same place it is in the original.. its kinda hard to see.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the new map pack is going to be called? I'm assuming that this map, moonbase alpha and purple reign are going to make up this new pack- much as I'd like a free map it would seem odd to release 1 free map and then a pack of only 2 maps separately. I'd also assume they won't be calling it the "Easy Map Pack" or the "Normal Map Pack", although I would personally quite like either of those. Does anyone have any informed ideas about what it could be called? Or, failing that, any random guesses which might entertain?
I had a thread for this before it came out, your thread was not even close to first. The map was unveiled a week before the update at an mlg event.
In a straight up comparison to Chill Out, that's should be a Rocket Launcher, no? It sure doesn't look like it in that picture...
Its a rocket, the end bit is the same colour as the end of the Rocket launcher. No other H3 weapon has that colour. At first i thought it was a BR, but its not the right shape.
I vaguely remember reading something about a new weapon/device in one of the updates recently. I could be completely wrong, but that's what made me think it was something else. I guess we'll see...
i thought it was a spartan laser.. and they better not screw this map pack up cause mythic is probably one of the coolest names they could give to one IMO EDIT: i watched the gameplay video and i can confirm that it is in fact a rocket. in the last two seconds of the video whoever was playing on the center screen picked it up.
