Are there a lot of Map Variants on Forgehub that are not foundry Forge style maps? Strictly weapon changes, no scenery added. Like how the MLG maps are? I made two that change the maps majorly and I wish to post them here. But if I get no views I don't want to.
You will get some views, but low downloads, people here want new stuff, and they don't seem to think that's good enough.
I made a Blackout map and that has gotten significant DLs. But that map was made in the style of Foundry. However, a lot of maps using Legendary DLC or Heroic DLC (other than Foundry) have gotten quite a few DLs. For instance, I recently saw an "expanded Blackout" map where the author added a few pieces to Blackout's geometry. However, maps made on the original maps, as Turbo said, probably won't get a lot of downloads. That's simply because there were no immovable objects on them.
Eh. I might try it. Maybe the Snowbound will be a hit. Not sure. It changes the gameplay alot with the change.
Yea, most people don't really dl maps for weapon changes, mostly to get a NEW map, like Gerbil said. Maybe add in some cover places too and it may help... oh and hello evil clone...
