So I was browsing around some Halo story stuff when I stumbled across some ONI file thingy. I tried posting it on my website front page to show everyone, but it screwed up everything. Anyone feel like helping us solve this mystery? From the what I have already seen it looks like ONI has been keeping some secrets from us. I don't know the time period, but I am assuming it was during the Human Covenant war being it talks about Spartans and all that jazz. Oh, by the way, ONI has a section 0. I had no idea. Actually, all I heard about was section 3.

Lol yea. Nice sound effects, but everyone who owns sony vegas uses that effect. Adobe Premiere Pro cs3 and After Effects Cs3 ftw.
You know, that's what I thought, but a friend of mine pointed out to me that the effect in Vegas is uniform. I'll just quote him from the Bungie.net forums : "I'll start with you obviously have no idea how Vegas works. The TV Simulator effect shakes the entire screen in a rather uniform way. This obviously doesn't us it because only the words shake at first and then the words, background, and top of the screen all shake completely differently." Not for our site, but for something else.
